AdTodo AdsOps is a private internal application used by AdTodo to support Google Ads management, reporting, and optimization for advertising accounts that AdTodo is authorized to access.
AdTodo provides Google Ads management and related digital marketing services to business clients. This tool helps our team reduce repetitive manual work while keeping account access and campaign decisions under the control of authorized AdTodo personnel.
What the tool does
- Retrieves account and campaign performance data for internal analysis and reporting.
- Monitors campaign status, budgets, delivery, and other operational signals.
- Supports keyword research and planning for campaign setup and optimization.
- Supports routine campaign management and optimization workflows for authorized accounts.
Who can access the tool
The tool is intended only for authorized AdTodo employees and contractors who have a business need to work with the relevant Google Ads accounts. It is not a public SaaS product, does not offer public registration, and does not provide clients or other third parties with direct access to the Google Ads API.
Account authorization
AdTodo uses the tool only with Google Ads accounts that AdTodo is permitted to manage. Account access is governed through Google Ads account permissions and AdTodo’s manager account relationships. The tool is not designed to access unrelated Google Ads accounts or accounts for which AdTodo does not have authorization.
Data handling and security
- Google authentication credentials and API credentials are kept in controlled server-side environments and are not exposed through a public client application.
- Google Ads account data is used only for legitimate advertising management, reporting, analysis, and optimization activities associated with authorized accounts.
- Access to operational data is limited to personnel who need it for their work.
- AdTodo does not sell Google Ads API data or provide raw Google Ads API access to third parties.
- Access can be removed when an account relationship or business need ends.
